- Who are you?
We are an idependent vendor for a number of walk-in and online stores and brands that utilize buying power with other companies to bring our fellow fishermen the lowest prices on todays highest quality items. We are an authorized dealer of all items we sell. All items come with full manufacturers warranty. All items are new in the box with manufacturers seal. We GUARANTEE that these are NOT Maylasian standard reels that are flooding the internet and Ebay. These ALL pass USA and or Japan quality control and inspection. Our prices should speak for themselves. We are proudly american owned and operated and sell primarily because we love to test the gear, and love the feeling of giving back to our community and fishing brothers.
- Can I call you to place an order?
This function is a work in progress. but as of now, to keep prices low, we can not hire a staff of operators to take phone calls. We are sorry, but phone calls have been accepted in the past and the result was having to hire 4 people just to answer the phones. We keep the prices VERY LOW with using email as the method of communication. We are however integrating the phone ordering system again and should have it up and running soon.
- What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Debit, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept United States issued money orders and of course cash and personal checks in the store front. We do not accept foreign money orders or cashier checks.
- Where do you ship to?
We ship to any state in the USA (of course), as well as the following countries : UK, Austrailia, Japan, Ireland, Belgium, Brazil, Italy, and a possibly other couintries depending on security issues and on each individual order.
- How long does it take to get my stuff once i order it?
We do not claim to be the fastest at shipping packages. We will of course do our best to get your items out as fast as possible, but understadn that we run on a very small staff, and as all retailers stuggle with stock issues, we are prone to the same issues. We normally ship all packages by UPS Ground or USPS. But other methods of shipment are available. For overseas orders please see FAQS below. Please use common sense, and do not wait 3 days before a tournament, then place order on a friday at closing time, select ground shipping and expect item to be at your doorstep on Monday or Tuesday in New Jersey or wherever. This is impossible for any retailer. In such situations we highly recommend buying at a local store or planning ahead next time. Please show patience as it is essential for fishing or please pay more and get the items immediately. We hope this does not discourage ordering from us, but do not want to have you believing that we can perform a miracle and have you items the next day in your hands.
- What kind of warranty do these items have?
All products come with the full manufacturer warranty. All boxes will contain all the instructions, specs., and warranty information inside them.
- What if I want something, but i don't see it, or cant find it on your website?
Chances are we do cary it or can get it for you. We will do all in our power to bring you the products you want and deserve. Just send us anm email with the link to the other site selling the product and we will get back to you with a price that will hopefully beat their price.
- What about returns?
We accept return if the products are defective when received. If you have a special reason for needing to return an item, just shoot us an email we are pretty easy going with all returns and just let us know why you are needing to return the product. If you just decide you don't want the item, you can return it at your expense and pay a 15% restocking fee. We can not be expensed at your indecision or "change of mind" or "you wife getting mad". Sorry but we do not make the money like Bass Pro Shops or Cabelas and offer a return policy that leaves us in debt.
- How do I set up an account?
Just click on the "My Account" tab on the top site menu. There you will be directed to the accounts log on page. If you are new customer just click on new customer tab. Make up a password and you now have an account with us.
- Do you sell to other resellers or other stores?
We do sell to other stores. If you are interested in buying from us to resell to a walk-in store, please email us. We will email our providors and see if we can get you on-board.
- How much is shipping to AU or Spain, or Canada, UK, etc..?
Shipping is usually as followed :
USPS in USA - 1 reel or small item = about 7 to 11.00 + each reel after about 2.00 more..........
USPS to Canada - 1 reel or small item = about 18 to 25.00 + each reel after about 5.00 more..........
USPS to Australia - 1 reel or small item = about 25 to 30.00 + each reel after about 5.00 more..........
USPS to Spain - 1 reel or small item = about 25 to 30.00 + each reel after about 5.00 more..........
USPS to UK - 1 reel or small item = about 18 to 27.00 + each reel after about 5.00 more..........
4.5% Credit card processing fee added to all international orders due to a very high rate of processing fee for International orders. PayPal orders will ONLY be shipped via USPS PRIORITY service. We also reserve the option to require signature for a $10.00 additional fee if we feel the delivery is a risk or looks to be possible fraud. International Criminal cases will be filed in this case by our company attorneys. WSe do not telarate theft and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
- I am from Singapore and I want to order a large amount of products using my own shipping company...

- How do I remove an item from the cart?
Click the "X" on the right side of the item. It will remove it.
- Is this site secure?
YES! click on the DIGICERT icon BEFORE you enter your card info in the checkout area. It will show you that we have higher level security that PayPal or any other site online.
- Will you price match?
We can price match, but understand that is HAS TO BE THE EXACT SAME ITEM. It can not be a fishing rod from Digital Knife website/garage sale that was made for the Maylasian market because it IS NOT the same item as the US Market quality of items. Nor can we price match some item being sold by TINA TUNA PANTS on Ebay that is selling her ex-husbands fishing reel collection after their divorce eventhough she "Promises" it is new and has a warranty.
- You say you are priced lowest, but I saw this for less somewhere else?
Some items are "MAP" meaning manufacturer advertised price. This means that we have to have a certain price beside the product. Just SEND US AN EMAIL to see if we can sell the "set" priced high-end items for a better price. We honestly feel that if you buy something from somewhere else, then you are throwing away money. Please also keep in mind that if you find items for a lower cost the vendor is doing 1 of 2 things...1. losing money and claiming this loss for an alternate reason. 2. selling an item that is not authentic or is refurbished. Please be careful wwho you buy from online. Some people are here today and gone tomorrow. We have been in business since 2007 and are proud to be working on our 3rd year as an Authorized Pro Shop.
- I am from another country and want to know the shipping cost to deliver.
There is no way to give you the lowest rate of shipping without having the exact address of delivery and the exact weight of the items with packaging. Also note that all international orders will induce a 4.5% credit card or Paypal processing fee as our rates are astronomical for international orders. Please note that any order that does not pay for shipping will not be shipped. If items are shipped in good faith and payment not recieved from customer will result in criminal charges for theft as well as turning over the amount owed to an international credit agency. Lets keep things fair and honest and we should have no toubles or problems when package is ready to ship out and billing is done for shipping.
- When an item says "Free Shipping" does that mean free shipping worldwide?
No. it will just be for the USA. We do not make enough money to ship free overseas and most all items are just a few dollars over our costs. We love to "hook-up" our fishing brothers, but we can not possibly pay you to buy these items...we have to keep the doors open.
- I bought a bunch of stuff, and now want to cancel my order.
If your order is still in "NEW" status there is no problem. But if it is in "COMPLETE" or "SHIPPED" status, we must charge a 15% restocking fee on the merchandise minus shipping. We pay employees to pick, pull, and package orders, and if we have paid them to do this for your order, the employees still have to be paid. This is very common among retailers and wholesalers. We get hit with 3.9% credit card processing fees for taking payment as well as issueing a credit. We can not take a loss for indecision or changes of heart. Please work with us and do your research on the products before having our staff work to get your order ready.
- Why do some items say "add to cart to see sale price?"
Legally, a manufacturer can force a retailer to show only a certain price beside their item. It is also known as MAP. (see FAQS above for info.) After many hours of deliberation and frustration and attempting the "call for lowest price" method...We created this new way to not have to call for pricing, and get the lowest pricing instantly. The LOWWW prices will only appear in the shopping cart. This is the only way we do this without upsetting or "advertising" a price that is too low in the manufacturers opinion. The savings are tremendous!!
- Once again...What is the policy for international orders because I do not understand?
We charge the exact amount of shipping when the item ships. We will also add a 4.5% processing fee for the order total plus the cost of exact amount of shipping. We get charged over 5% processing fee for all charges made to our company from another country and this includes paypal payments. We are sorry, but please realize that we only have about an 8 to 15% mark-up on all items. The prices are actually lower than many distributors prices on most items. Failure to pay shipping bill will result in theft charges.
- What happens if you ship to my country and package is lost or my government wont let me have it?
We can not and will not be held responsible for packages that are lost overseas. We encourage all customers to insure the packages, and make sure they are not going to have problems with customs or their governments before placing an order. We have a very low mark-up on all items and can not replace your items because somebody steals your package or it gets lost during a 10,000 mile trip. The chances of this are slim, but please se sensible and responsible when ordering. If we perform our job and ship your items out, we will not be held responsible for something abnormal happening because your location is in another country or you government officials decides they want your items for themselves. Though the risk is very slim, it is there. Please check with your local laws about what is accepted and not accepted. Do not try to "take a chance" at our expense. No exceptions.
- One more time... I ordered a reel and now have an invoice for shipping charges, why do I have to pay shipping?
All international orders are subject to shipping. Please see the above 3 FAQS regarding this policy. If you still can not understand the way we bill for shipping or think we will ship overseas for the small handling charge, then we urge you to order elsewhere. We fill out over 15 pages of paperwork to get an international order ready to ship....please do not waste our time or force us to press charges over a policy that is stated over and over and over and more than fair.
- What about a "stop pay" or telling the bank I never got my items?
This is theft. When you place an order with us or anyone, you accept the terms of the sale and bind in a legal agreement with our company. We have good record of all orders and shipments. We also record IP addresses and have all needed information in case of such scandelous and illegal activity. If this is an idea you have, then we would recommend you trying somewhere else. We have your IP address and prosecute the case in 3 different charges. This means that if you do this, then you will go to jail. Please do not turn this "good deal" into a "3 hots and a cot" casue you tried to scam an honest vendor giving you a heck of a deal.
- I sent you an email and never heard back? Why?
You have to provide a valid email adress. If you just enter your name, or some email that does not exist or that is not real, then you will not get a reply. We get hundreds of orders here and wnat to offer you good service, but find it impossible to do if you have a spam filter or do not offer us a way to communicate back to you.
- Are there any "HIDDEN" fees with any of these items?
We have addressed all fees and add on charges in the FAQS above. We do not want to have any fee or charge anyone would think to be hidden.

$150.00 accessed to any chargeback conducted. No exceptions. If you have no problem claiming "FRAUD" on us to your bank, then we have no problem enforcing this policy that will help us recover part of the fines we get when someone does this.
Order changes after reception due to error in ordering on the customers part will be subject to the customer covering the costs of shipping the return back to us, and us shipping them their new desired selection of items.
We are as fair as possible and treat our customers the way we would like to be treated. We offer very competitive prices and make less than 10% profit on most all items. If you feel you should be charged these fees or feel you are not willing to have integrity and accept your order as your bond of agreement to these terms then we strongly suggest that you do not shop with us. We want to do business with you and will work hard for your business, but we can not lose money in the process of getting you the best fishing gear on Earth. Thank you.
- What if I am an impatient and not happy with a good deal, but will only be happy by knowing i got over on you, and got my stuff for free??
Well, we have nothing for you (except jail and collection agencies) if this is your attitude. Conducting chargebacks because one is impatient, or ones calls havent been answered at midnight, or ones 40 emails sent only get 20 replies, then we have a 150.00 fine for you. We get charged this penalty and it is just like a returned check. We reserve this right to utilize this penalty just as a retail store will treat a hot check or theft. Any customer who places an order will be held liable for this fine if conducting chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO EXCUSES. FAILURE TO PAY WILL RESULT IN CRIMINAL CHARGES! (this means the person will go to jail) We do not tolerate theft. If you didnt know it.... Chargebacks are cases of fraud that a "customer" files on us when they grow impatient or items don't arrive as soon as they would like, or they find the items elsewhere at our expense. They cost us hundreds of dollars each and we can not allow this criminalistic behavior to close our doors as it has thousands of other online vendors. The customer that conducts the chargeback will pay for theses fees along with the 150.00 penalty if conducting a chargeback. Policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
- What atre the terms of sale?
The terms of sale are as stated above in our FAQS page. We want to save you money and want your business.
